Report a Bug
An important note for users on macOS 26.0: Due to a known issue in macOS 26.0 (r.157722315) it is impossible to select “Macintosh HD” as a browsing permission. This is expected to be fixed in the next release of macOS.
In this case it is instead recommended to select “Applications”, “Users”, and “Volumes” right inside your “Macintosh HD”. To reveal hidden folder “Volumes” in Finder or in the Open dialog, press ⇧ shift ⌘ command .
